When you aren’t finding enough time to exercise or to plan and cook healthy meals, then it’s time to check your priorities. Conduct a time audit, look and see what you are doing throughout the day and ask yourself if it is more important than a workout. If you discover that you spend an hour a day watching tv, then that time could instead be used for some exercise. Rank your daily activities in order of importance, and make sure something that benefits your health is near the top of your priorities list.
